Damaseno Juma Walusala is a skilled agricultural professional leading the outgrower network for the JIT MAT, FACET POWER, and JENI ECO Sweet Sorghum Project. With years of experience in farmer engagement and sustainable crop production, Damaseno plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting a network of smallholder farmers across the Nyamuswaga Valley.

He is responsible for providing comprehensive training, resources, and technical guidance to ensure optimal sweet sorghum yields while promoting eco-friendly and sustainable farming practices. By building strong, collaborative partnerships between the project and its outgrowers, Damaseno helps enhance productivity, improve farmer livelihoods, and support the project’s long-term goals of agricultural transformation in the region.
